Spinning The Mill is a site dedicated to explain key concepts of the programming language Java. You can learn the basics and some more advanced features. You also have the opportunity to ask questions, which may be posted here along with an answer.

These pages do not contain detailed information about the concepts explained, since we recon that programming is a practical discipline more than anything; therefore Spinning the Mill is a step-by-step and example orientated site.

We have chosen to concentrate on a Windows platform, but most information beyond installation will apply to all other systems as well.
